Napa United (Youth Soccer)

Napa United (Youth Soccer)

What They Do:

Provide healthy, safe, and fun programs that make soccer accessible to youth, regardless age, ability, socio-economic status, or gender. Enroll approximately 2,000 kids annually of every background to participate in after-school programs, seasonal camps/clinics, recreational, competitive, and academy-level training. Provide over $10,000 of financial assistance to players annually.

Napa United Youth Soccer League inspires young boys and girls and brings together families from all walks of life. They have served more than 30,000 youth throughout Napa County since 1978. Most of their work is driven by volunteers from coaches to referee trainers.

Soccer is often our youth’s first experience with team sports. Kids learn how to work with their peers and coaches while building character and getting much-needed exercise. At the highest level, Napa United prepares boys and girls to become young adults through a structured academy environment which includes college preparation and academic tutoring.

Other Ways to Help:

Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. There are so many ways to help:

  • If you have a passion for soccer and teaching young players, we are always looking for motivated coaches!
  • If you have an education background, we would love to have more tutors in our academy after-school program!
  • If you want to see our fields improved, we need an army of volunteers to help fix our grass pitches!
  • If you want to be more engaged in the community, we are always looking for new members and advisors to our Board!

Business Partners:

Our greatest partner is the amateur soccer team, Napa Valley 1839 FC. 1839 has a very committed and passionate following and they support our organization at game days, community events, and social media.

You all have been very helpful and work hard for all our children and we are one satisfied and grateful family!
