The CanDo Spirit Award, part of Napa Valley CanDo’s Give!Guide campaign, celebrates exceptional work performed by one young, full-time employee working in the Napa County nonprofit sector. Applications for this year’s CanDo Spirit Award will be accepted through July 20.
Every nonprofit agency in Napa County, whether they are involved in CanDo’s 2018 Napa Valley Give!Guide or not, is eligible to nominate one outstanding employee.
Since its inception in 2013, the CanDo Spirit Award has been generously sponsored by the Napa Valley Vintners. The winner receives a plaque and a check for $1000. They will be honored at the Give!Guide’s Kick-off Celebration this November.
Nominees must be age 30 or younger as of November 1, 2018. Full-time employment is defined as working for a 501(c)3 nonprofit serving Napa County for at least 25 hours per week for one year.
